Point your phone at one jigsaw piece at a time. The app traces its exact outline right on your phone, labels it with a number and builds a catalog of every piece's four sides – then tells you which pieces fit together, or assembles as much of the puzzle as it can.

Scanning needs the printed scan card (print at 100%). Its black frame tells the scanner the exact size of each piece and corrects the perspective. Use the dark card for light pieces, the light card for dark pieces.
Next label: 1 – you can change it in the scanner.
For the sharpest edges: soft light or the 🔦 light (shadows are removed, but less shadow is better), or 🖼 to take the photo with your phone's camera app at full resolution. ↻ 2× takes two photos with the piece turned around in between, which cancels any remaining shadow.
